Dirty Bird wins Margaret and John Savage Award for Best First Book

I am thrilled to announce that Dirty Bird has won the Margaret and John Savage Award for best first book at the Atlantic Book Awards. I would like to thank the award sponsors, including the Savage family, and all those people who devoted time and effort into making 2013’s awards such a success.

    Great first novel. Highly engaging read about a character with schizoid personality disorder. Kept my interest the whole way through. Look forward to reading more from author Keir Lowther.
